A fine porcelain plate from the FRANKLIN MINT dated 1992 by J. Cheng.  Features chubby little finches on delicate cherry blossoms in blues, greens and pinks and rimmed in gold.  Plate No. HK6901.  Elsewhere listed for $24-55.
