 These are a used pair of Oakley Sunglasses. The frames are solid and other than the Oakley logo on the front which is worn off look to be in excellent shape. The len's are scratched and worn but can't be seen once on.

In most cases we are a reseller; not the original owner of the item being auctioned. We do our best to assure all items are in good working condition unless otherwise stated. If items are new they will be list as such. Used items may show wear and we will do your best to list any scratches or dents, ect. that we see. All items are sold as is.

 

Buyers are responsible for contacting us to get additional information necessary to meet their satisfaction but not currently provided in the written information.

Payment Information:

All payments should be received within 48 hours of the end of the auction. This allows us to ship your item in a timely manner. If you cannot pay within 48 hours you must contact us. We will take action against any payment later than 7 days. Any payment later than 10 days, the auction will be cancelled and items will be re-listed but may be done so earlier at our discretion.

 

Shipping information:

Shipping Times: It is our goal to ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Weekend and holidays may occasionally cause delays.

We send all of our items UPS.  We find this to be the safest and most economical choice for the majority of our customers. Shipping Charges can be calculated in the auction by adding your zip code, unless we have calculated a set shipping charge. Please do not contact us to negotiate shipping charges/services after you have purchased the item; we agree to live up to our sell of the item as we expect you to live up to your buying of the item.

 

Handling Charges: The shipping cost may include a handling charge.  The charge is different for each item. Handling charges helps us cover our costs (Packing materials, boxes, envelopes, ect.) which are directly related to the shipping of the item for which you are bidding.

 

Combined shipping is higher price then $2.99 there after unless otherwise noted. Please do not contact us and ask us to combine anything not list with combine shipping. Some items need to be package safely, and sometimes need to be package by themselves.



 

Overseas/Foreign shipping is Express Mail International. This is very expensive, but it the only way I can insure the item being shipped. We have been rip-off to many times shipping international. If this is a problem, Don't Bid.


Return Policy:

Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is most important to us. If the item you receive is not as described, we will refund your purchase and shipping and handling charges.  Winning Bidder will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of receiving the item (no exceptions). Please contact us before returning any items. No returns for items purchased by mistake or because winning bidder no longer desires the item.
