FREE PICKUP at our Tacoma Operations Center or at any of our 21 WA State Stores (see Tacoma Goodwill website for locations and hours). Allow 3-5 days for Store Pickup. Items must be paid online before requesting pickup.
SHIPPING CHARGES are based on the estimated packed weight, size, distance and US PRIORITY MAIL INSURED rates to provide the best combination of quick delivery, extra handling care, online tracking and damage protection.
TERMS OF SALE: This item is sold AS-IS, AS-DESCRIBED and may have faults which were not indicated or detected. Our testing and authentication capabilities are limited; no guarantees are expressed or implied.
RETURN POLICY: Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact Tacoma Goodwill about any problems within 7 days of receipt. Items are non-refundable unless there was a notable description discrepancy. Approved returns must be received in the same condition as sold. Items which are unclaimed or not-deliverable will be held pending further customer instructions and payment of any additional shipping charges. Items not shipped or picked up within 15 days will be considered a donation and resold.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: We can not refund shipping charges or accept responsibility for damages which occur after shipment. For your complete protection, all items are shipped Insured for up to $5,000 by Lloyds of London through Universal Parcel Insurance, a partner of the United States Postal Service. If you ever need to file a claim, simply contact Tacoma Goodwill. Damage claims can be filed immediately. Lost parcels require waiting 21 days before filing.
