This auction is for a Blue's Clues Salt & Pepper & Paprika plush toy. It's only about 4" tall and in good condition.
All items have been tested and are in good, working order. Plush are in good, clean, gently used condition. Books and book lots are always in good, readable condition. Some may have name or gift inscriptions inside, or minor shelf wear to spine and cover. All clothing is clean and in gently used condition, and free of any stains, rips, tears, etc. All buttons, zippers, and snaps are included, and in working condition.
Payment is expected seven days after the auction ends. Please note that if using an e-check through PayPal, there is a waiting period. Your item will not be shipped until the payment clears. Please contact us if you will be delayed in your payment. If purchasing multiple items, please wait to pay until we send you a combined invoice.
Our items can only be shipped to the United States and Canada. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, excluding holidays. Most items will be shipped the following shipment day after we receive payment. Delivery confirmation and insurance are included in the shipping fees. Please note that we use a third party insurance provider, so there will not be any markings on the package to indicate that it has been insured.
We will enter the delivery confirmation/tracking number into the item details of your invoice.
In most cases, we do combine shipping for multiple purchases. However, if one or more of your items would be shipped via Media Mail (books, CD's, DVD's and videos), those items would have to be shipped separately from items going out via other shipping methods. If you have any questions about combined shipping, please contact us.
We try very hard to be accurate in the descriptions of our items. But we're only human, and sometimes things do slip past our notice. If you have any issues or concerns with your purchase, please contact us and give us a chance to address the situation before leaving negative feedback. We always strive to do right by our customers.
In order to avoid any problems, please ask any questions you may have before purchasing. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us upon delivery. We will accept a return only if there is a clear misrepresentation in the picture or description of the item. Please email us before returning an item. Upon receiving the item and assessing its condition, we will refund the payment, along with shipping. Otherwise, all sales are final.
Our feedback is automated. Once you leave positive feedback, positive feedback is immediately left for you.
Most of our new items will be listed from Sunday to Thursday, between 9 and 3, Eastern Time. Questions will be answered and items will be packaged on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, to be mailed the following day.
If you need to contact us with any questions or concerns you have, please use the eBay messaging system. Our emails get backlogged, so if you're sending an email directly to our email addresses, there may be a delay in response.
Your questions and concerns are important to us. However, with children in school and sports, sometimes we don't get a chance to address all of them right away. Most questions will be answered on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, so please be patient.
