Shipping Policy
Shipping for this auction will be either by USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you wish any other form of shipping you must first ask before bidding. If you don't then we will not guarantee which shipper you will get to use. There are also some local shippers in the states around Minnesota that may be cheaper to ship by.
International Bidders
Please make sure you can even get the item shipped to your country before bidding. We do sometimes sell items that can not be shipped to places other then the Continental US. We will not be responsible for you bidding on an item that can not be shipped to your country and we will do our best to tell you promptly if you do so.
Return Policy
We will accept returns within 7 days of the customer receiving the product. We will pay shipping charges for returns only if the item is listed in error. If we did not list the item in error and the customer chooses to return the item then they will have to pay return shipping and handling costs. Anything after 7 days can be denied and will only be considered in an item by item basis. If a return after 7 days is accepted there will be a 20% restocking fee or a fee agreed upon by the two parties.
Photos and Description
Remember that all items are being described as accurately as we can. Sometimes little things slip by so if you have questions on an item please ask before bidding. We take almost all our own photos. So if you want a different view of an item all you need to do is ask and we will try to get that photo to you before the auction ends. We carry a very large inventory in our brick and mortar store that can be put up for auction if you want a particular item that we don't have on ebay right now just ask and if we have it we will put it up.
Sales Tax
A sales tax of 6.5% has to be paid by anyone living in Minnesota. This fee is included automatically during checkout. The rest of you are free from sales tax in our auctions.
