Return Policy:
  •       If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please email us or call (212) 354-0816 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The value of the item only is refunded.
  • Item you are returning must be in its original condition. Items that were resized, reset or modified in any way by a customer are not refundable. Items that were altered by us prior shipping are returnable for a full refund.
  • We do not refund any money paid for shipping, sizing, changing the head or any other workmanship. There is no refund on special orders or any rings sized greater than 9 for ladies and 12 for men's or smaller than 5 for ladies and 7 for men's. Please allow us 5 to 7 business days to process your refund after your item is received.
  • Refund will be given in the same way the payment was received.
  • Please make sure when you ship the item back to us you insure the package. Shipping and alteration fees are non refundable.
