Inspired from the first film of the 'Conan' franchise, from the classic fantasy literary works of Robert E. Howard, we present the Conan the Barbarian Premium Format Figure! Another truly Amazing Iconic Premium Format Figure created by the Sideshow Design & Development Team.
In the 1982 fantasy adventure film, "Conan the Barbarian", Arnold Schwarzenegger was cast in his first breakthrough role. The story was written by the unlikely pair of Oliver Stone & John Milius, who also Directed the film. Their script had very little in common with Howard's original Conan Tales, and was a complete re-imagining of Conan's life
As the film's story unfolds, the evil ruler Thulsa Doom of the Snake Cult of Set, descends upon a Crimmerian village with his feared Vanir Raiders. They Slaughter most of the village inhabitants, selling the survivors into slavery. Orphaned in the attack, young Conan is enslaved and raised as a trained combat fighter. Conan is eventually granted his freedom and is joined by his lover, Valeria and an archer named Subotai. Together, they plot a daring robbery of one of the Snake Cult's Temples in Shadizar. When the King of Crimmeria hears of their exploits, he summons Conan and his companions to rescue his daughter from the vile clutches of Thulsa Doom. This gives Conan the chance to meet his adversary, avenge his parents death, and gain some fame and fortune.
The Conan the Barbarian mixed media figure is meticulously rendered in an intricate blend of high quality, heavy-weight polystone with real fabric and furry clothing. His look is finished off with artful body painting, blood stained hands, sword & body, used to create his fashionable Crimmerian appeal. Of course he's hand painted & finished to the highest standards which Sideshow is famous for. Each Statue is completed with an intricately detailed display base of the marble steps of Thulsa Doom's Palace. The Barbarian's dimensions are 19"H X 9"W X 12"D overall & weighs approximately 24 lbs. boxed.

All domestic orders will ship UPS Ground. Due to the Barbarian's hefty shipping box, billable weight applies at 32 lbs. The winning bidder agrees to pay 49.95 for shipping & handling(insurance included)to anywhere in the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii have additional shipping charges. For International shipping, your country must have the USPS international size limitation of 108"inches. Please contact us for pricing information. Multiple auctions won may be combined at a reduced shipping charge. Some items due to their size and weight can not be combined.
For all US buyers, if your purchased items are damaged or lost during shipment, we will send all necessary documentation to file a claim with the specified carrier(UPS). *Shipping & Insurance charges are not refundable. We will gladly refund your purchase price after the specified carrier settles the claim.
