Water logging - Fact vs. Fiction
Don't believe claims that "solve" water absorption problems by simply renaming them condensation. Our cores are sealed in an oven where the air is kept at 0% humidity. Moisture free air sealed inside our vapor barrier eliminates any chance of condensation. It simply cannot occur without moisture being trapped inside.
We avoid penetration of our vapor barrier as that remains the true cause of water logging. We also offer an upgrade to a double thick vapor barrier, for double the protection from water logging. |

Construction Materials:
* Insulating Core: High density, top quality, insulating, closed cell expanded polystyrene, 4" to 2" taper so rainwater runs off. This thickness is not quite as strong as our 5" to 3" taper or our 6" to 4" taper covers because the 2" edges do not provide as much strength around the cover's edges. * Strength: Non-corrosive, galvanized channel bars add superior strength and prevent warping while keeping weight down. We have not had a single rust failure or complaint in 24 years. Plus, it will not fail, bend or warp like aluminum which is 30% weaker.
* Vapor Barrier: This polyethylene wrap keeps moisture out. Our new, fully automated, Permaseal 5000 creates a 1/4" wide, perfect seam seal around each core, and cuts the wrap perfectly too. Say goodbye to failing seams.

Our cover template handles squares and/or rectangles with 1, 2 or 4 cut corners, round, octagonal, and square/rectangle with rounded corners. If your cover is an odd shape, like a kidney, ellipse or egg shape, please contact us before bidding.

* BIG BLUE BARRIER - Our newest double thick wrap, made from a blue combination of polyethelyene and polypropolyene to extend your cover's life. We had this barrier designed specifically for the hot tub cover environment so it resists spa chemicals better than any other manufacturer's vapor barrier. * PREMIER SPA COVER - Our Premier spa cover is built with more dense foam which weighs a bit more and provides a higher R-value (insulating value). The warranty increases from 3 to 5 years with the Premier.
