Thank you letter from Secretary of the Navy James Forrestal. "You have served in the greatest Navy in the world. It crushed two enemy fleets at once, receiving their surrenders only four months apart." Ink signature of Forrestal but I'm sure this was probably a stamp or autopen, I'm sure he didn't personally sign all of these letters. Dated February 16, 1946. In original mailing envelope. Envelope is VG condition. Letter is EX condition. Shipping is $2.50 in the U.S.  THANKS FOR LOOKING!
