During WW2 The Special Boat Force was a small force comprising around 300 men. However that did not prevent them from inflicting great damage on the enemy. The author, John Lodwick, was one of those men who took part in the SBS Mediterranean campaign and so he writes from personal experience of the unit's daring exploits and wartime sabotage. It is also the story of the remarkable men who made up this force such as Anders Lassen, Eric Newby, VC. Fitzroy Maclean, Jock Lapraik and Lord Jellicoe. 16 pages of photographs.
