If payment is not received within 4 days, I will send you a nice little reminder since I know that life can be hectic at times. 48 hours later, I report unpaid items to eBay.  I accept Paypal and payment upon local pick-up. Please note that if you pay by e-Check through Paypal, it may take up to 10 business days to clear. I do not ship until I receive notification from Paypal that your payment has cleared. 

Handling Time:

I ship within 2 business days (Saturday and Sunday are not considered Business Days) of received cleared payment. While this is the case 99.9% of the time, there are days that the computer goes haywire or other forces of nature (ie: weather, illness, my teenager's drama) and it may be another day. I do NOT ship on Saturdays or Sundays....and obviously, I do not ship on holidays.

Shipping:

Shipping includes delivery confirmation! I am ALWAYS HAPPY TO COMBINE SHIPPING for auctions or store items! Effective September 2009: Combined shipping rates will vary from 25 cents to $3.00 per additional item, depending on the weight and size of the items shipping. Please feel free to contact me for rates and a revised invoice with the correct shipping! 

I primarily ship through USPS. Please note that their rates have increased...I have no control over THEIR pricing. I give the best rate I can, but you are always welcome to check their pricing online....here is a rough estimate of the current rates as of September 2009:

Once you have paid for your item, please check your email for a notification from Paypal that your item has shipped. This notifiction is important because it contains your delivery confirmation number for easy tracking of your item with the Post Office! It will also be included on the order details page of eBay.

 PLEASE REMEMBER............. eBay states "sellers are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods." I do NOT have control over how fast the USPS delivers your items once it gets into the hands, trucks, or planes at the Post Office! This is why I do my absolute BEST to get your items to the Post Office FAST! 

According to the USPS, estimated delivery / transit times are:

First Class Mail = 3-7 business days

Priority Mail = 2-4 business days

Parcel Post = 4 to 15 business days!

Media Mail = Almost forever....(honestly, this can take up to 28 days!!!)

PLEASE HAVE YOUR CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS ON FILE WITH EBAY and/or PAYPAL!! If you have moved, please change your information with eBay and Paypal! I will only ship to your Paypal confirmed address! 

Due to eBay's new insurance rules, I have had to make some changes. Insurance will be added at my expense on auction listings, store listings or a combination of both once the total reaches $50.00 (minus shipping and handling).

Returns will be made only if the item was grossly misrepresented (ie: You won an Extra Large shirt, but I sent you a Medium one). I try to accurately describe both the good and the bad of each item. I will not accept returns due to "buyer's remorse". A request for a refund must be made within 3 days of receiving your item. Once the item is shipped back to me, I will refund your purchase price (I do not refund shipping costs as that pays the USPS for delivery).  

 I strive to provide *5 STAR SERVICE* to my customers by giving you an accurate item description with photos, clear communication that includes a note that your item is shipping, getting your package to the Post Office within 2 days, and ALWAYS trying to give you the BEST shipping costs I can!
