We ship worldwide, all items are sent recorded delivery/courier/signed for on receipt, and all items are well packed for transit and this is reflected in the postage price, if you are unsure regarding delivery to your destination which is not listed please contact us for a postage quote. We aim to post within 5 working days of receipt of payment, but larger items sent by courier may take longer.  Please remember that postage costs include packaging expenses (time taken to wrap, box and take to post office, tape and wrapping materials ). 

Parcels  sent by courier are dispatched  on Monday/ Friday, unless advised otherwise.

Non-signed for on delivery (Cheaper posatge non-traceable). This service is not available, due to past experiences.

We prefer to send more expensive items by courier with the appropriate insurance. China items are not covered for damage by the cheaper 2nd Class / Standard Parcel postage. UK items are not considered lost until 15 days have elapsed and for International mail allow 25 days. I cannot be held responsible for parcels sent and are awaiting delivery/collection at your destination, this is your responsibility to ensure you are able to receive/make suitable arrangements to take receipt of your delivery. All tracking numbers/and proof of posting are on file and will be supplied to you in such cases.

Where a listing states postage only - that is exactly what it means - please do not ask for collection .

Return policy. If an item has been incorrectly described, we will be happy to refund the purchase price and initial postage costs. Notification to be made within 7 days of receipt and the item returned to us within 14 days in the condition it was received and by the same postage method.   Return postage will not be refunded if an item is lost or damaged in the post please contact us and we will file a claim with Royal Mail.  Items sent signed for  and  are covered for loss/damages up to £38 , if you are not satisfied with your purchase please make contact before leaving feedback so we can sort the matter out amicably.
