Payment & Checkout Procedures

PAYMENT

We only accept the four major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and PayPal. Payment must be made within 7 days of the auction close date, if it is not then your item will be re-listed and an unpaid item strike will be filed.

MULTIPLE AUCTIONS WON

We are more than happy to combine shipping on multiple auctions won. If you are bidding on several auctions that all end within 7 days of each other please wait until they are all finished and then go through checkout.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you in advance for your understanding but Christmas Central does have an ALL SALES ARE FINAL Policy.  This is because all items are listed exactly as described and it helps us keep costs down so we can pass the savings onto you.

CHECKOUT
After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

Check-Out Now! Click on the Check-Out button at the top of this page or click here to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.

Check-Out Later:
If you are bidding on multiple auctions we ask that you please wait until all the auctions are completed before you checkout. This will ensure you receive a combined shipping discount. Checkout is required within 7 days of the first auction close date.

If you do not choose to Check-Out Now, you will be notified via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of auction close. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect an 8.75% sales tax for all orders being shipped to the state of New York.

Shipping

$7 SHIPPING PROMOTION

How does it work? If you live in the lower 48 states you qualify for Christmas Central's $7 shipping promotion (sorry Hawaii and Alaska). Any order that ships ground to the lower 48 States will pay a flat shipping rate of $7. Express shipping is available for an extra charge, and you can see those charges at time of checkout as they will vary by service level.

EXAMPLE:
If you buy a $5 snowflake ornament your shipping is $7.  If you buy 10 snowflake ornaments for $5 each, thus making your order $50 shipping is still only $7.  If you buy 100 snowflake ornaments at $5 each your order total is $500 and shipping is still just $7!

If you buy 1 Christmas Tree for $200 shipping is $7!  If you buy 5 Christmas trees at $200 each your order total is $1000 and shipping is still just $7!  If you buy 1 Christmas Tree for $200 and 1 Snowflake ornament for $5 your order total is $205 and shipping is $7!

It's pretty simple. If you live in the lower 48 states you will always pay $7 for ground shipping  If you still have any questions please feel free to contact us, we're very friendly and here to help. This $7 shipping promotion excludes Express Shipping.

This offer is based on combined orders. If purchasing multiple items from auctions or the Buy It Now feature, please wait until you are finished shopping to go through the checkout.  This is where everything will be combined and you will get your shipping promotion.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING WITHIN THE LOWER 48 STATES
Shipping and handling for this item is $7.00 which does include insurance. This shipping price is only for buyers in the lower 48 states, all others please see details below. We ship UPS ground for all orders. Please make sure you give us a street address and not a PO Box address. Please do not ask us to ship via USPS (Post Office). We do not ship to any APO or FPO addresses. You MUST provide a US street address for shipping.

• Insurance is already included in shipping prices
• All items will be shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days after checkout has been completed and payment has cleared
• You will receive an Email from Christmas Central with all tracking information once your item is sent.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR CANADA
Shipping and handling for Canada is $17.00 which does include insurance. We ship Fed Ex for all orders being sent to Canada, no exceptions. All orders being sent to Canada will be charged a 12% tax. Our Fed Ex shipping price to Canada covers all Duties, Taxes, Brokerage, Fees, etc. that is charged when sending a package from the United States into Canada. You will not receive a call from Fed Ex asking you to pay any additional monies. The only charges you will incur will be $17.00 USD and 12% tax. Ground shipping to Canada takes 5-10 business days once your order has shipped, express shipping is available for an additional charge (prices will be shown at time of checkout).
