Shipping:
Phantom*SF ships Worldwide, unless noted otherwise. Domestic shipping generally is via USPS Priority Mail and/or UPS. International shipping is via USPS Express Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International, alternatively via UPS Express.
Shipping cost is based on actual and/or dimensional weight, whichever is greater.
When we indicate UPS Shipping Service to the USA, it is understood that this is the quote for the 48 contiguous United States ONLY. All other areas, please inquire. Thank you!
Overweight and large items will be shipped and handled through specialized shipping agents - at buyers discretion. It is buyer's responsibility to directly communicate with agents and arrange for packaging, pick-up and shipping. Shipping cost for overweight / oversized items is to be settled separately with shipper.
Bidder is responsible for all shipping charges.
UPS can not ship to P.O. Boxes - Physical Address Only.
We take great care in packing therefore; the items we sell will entail a nominal packaging and handling fee, included in the total shipping cost, shown on the shipping calculator of each auction. This is to cover the cost of materials, labor and insurance, which are not free. Cost of shipping should never be a surprise! All listings, include a shipping calculator for you to determine shipping cost, prior to bidding! If you do not agree with shipping charges, then do not bid.
Packaging is done very carefully and will not be responsible for damage or loss during shipping, but we're very willing to help assist with claims. By bidding you are accepting these conditions.
Shipping costs are not negotiable so please take this into consideration before you place a bid.
