Payment:

Payment is expected within 10 days of auction close, unless other arrangements were made prior to bidding. We normally have a 48 hour shipping turnaround time, excluding holidays or weekends.

Shipping:

If a fixed shipping charge is not indicated, please use the shipping calculator below in order to determine the approximate shipping rate for this auction based on your postal zone. All shipping rates include a package protection plan (insurance), unless otherwise noted in the description, and affords the buyer protection on the package if damaged in shipping. This protection may be covered by Knightdale Antiques, United States Post Office, or a third party insurer.

In the unlikely event you do receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please contact us for instructions.

Returns:

We strive to accurately portray each item and will provide several photos of the item. Therefore, all sales are to be considered final. If we do make an error in the description or overlook a significant problem, we will however back up our products. If, upon receipt of the item, the buyer notes a discrepancy, please contact me to discuss. If a return is authorized, a bid price refund will promptly be issued once we have received the returned merchandise and we have confirmed that it is in the condition it was originally sent to the buyer.

Please note:

1. Please contact me within 2 days of receipt (tracked with delivery confirmation) if an oversight is noted. I am only given a limited amount of time to recoup my final fees from ebay if we have agreed to accept a return.

2. Please do NOT wash the item prior to returning. Because of consignors, I do mark each item with an invisible pen in order to verify with my consignors in the unlikely event that their item is returned. If our mark is not present when returned to us, we will be unable to reimburse.
