THE SECRET OF THE OLD MILL. By Franklin W. Dixon.  This is a hardcover book with a picture cover and no dust jacket.  It was published by Grosset & Dunlap and is No. 3 in the Hardy Boys Mystery Stories Series.  There is no publication date, but the copyright was obtained by the publisher in 1962.

The book is in good condition.  The picture cover is clean and bright and shows very moderate wear.  There is light shelf wear on the book corners and spine ends.  The blue top page ends are faded.  There is a tear about 2-inches along along the binding on the inner front leaf.  There are no marks or bent page corners in the book.  The binding is fairly tight.
