MAILING ADDRESS
Your name and shipping address should be same on both eBay account and Paypal account. We'll send your winning item(s) to your eBay account address. Also, DO NOT ask us to send alternative address unless there is some good reason. Due to eBay rules, we can only ship to your eBay address.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you should ever receive your item(s), and they are NOT as described, PLEASE CONTACT US. We will try to remedy the situation first. If a FULL REFUND is agreed upon, then the item(s) must be returned within 10 days and must be in the ORIGINAL condition as received. Your refund will be sent as soon as the item is received and verified in said condition.
