If your item arrives and will not power on please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will issue you a return authorization number and shipping instructions. ERI will replace your item with a matching item from our stock. If a matching item is not available we will process your refund.
• The assets on auction are described to the best of our knowledge and manufacturer's specifications.
• All used equipment, even with complete refurbishment, may contain minor blemishes. Please refer to the item description for further information on the item's condition.
