You can order ANY name, chain length, and in any of the 5 styles that you see in the sample photos above! 4 of the 5 styles (all except the "Bianca") come with a Genuine Swarovski Crystal in the color of your choice!! This nameplate comes with a 14" (child 35 cm), 16" (below collar 40 cm), or 18" (45 cm) gold plated chain attached to both sides. The chain of your choice is included in this low price. Both chain and nameplate are SOLID Sterling silver with GOLD PLATING. You choose any ONE name, one of the 5 styles shown, and the chain length.
