Beautiful early piece of folk art. A wonderful church building done in the old box pine with a oragne shellac finish. The windows have a red paint style wash that gives them a appearance of stained glass. Doors open and close on brass hinges. A green painted roof completes the design. This has a few dings from age but has a great look. At one time the ground was covered in a green wool tyope material and this has worn thru and torn in several spots. Needs a good cleaning and polish and will be wonderful when completed. The base meaures at 24 1/4" x 15 3/4" with the roof peak standing at 9 1/2" in height. Just in time for Christmas decorations. Sells with no reserve and a 18.00 shipping fee in the USA with out insurance.
