You are bidding on a paperback copy of The Undead Next Door by Kerrelyn Sparks.  There are not any tears, folds, or creases on the pages.  The front cover has a very small scuff mark on the lower right hand corner.  The back cover has a small faint crease mark on the upper left hand corner.  There is two slight creases on the spine plus there are very small scuff marks on the upper and lower corners of the spine.   

Basically, this book looks good.  Comes from a smoke free environment.
