The Tote Bag is Black covered with the  Cute "Street Angels"  Betty Boop Print.  It is lined in a solid Black fabric.  The Big Pocket measures  13 X 15 inches.  It has three  pockets in the front  that can hold a Cell Phone, Bottled Water, Books etc. The Straps attach  with Sewn-in-Velcro for easy on and off.  It attaches to the bar of the Walker and arm of the Wheelchair.  No buttons or snaps to fumble with.  This Bag will hold alot of items.  Washable.   Very Nice!  Handmade by an experienced Seamstress.
