Costume is made of polyester blend fabric.

Elasticized top slips over your head
 
 
Top has white yoyo poms accentuated
with black tiny pompoms
 
 
Smaller white pompoms on the edge of
the sleeves are sewn on.
 
Costume comes with a beautiful 
very full white cotton  ruffle.
Ruffle ties at the back.
 
 
PANTS
 
Waist is elasticized and can be adjusted
by pulling out the elastic from the back waist
and adjusting it to your size.
 
Pants have small contrasting white
pompoms on the side of the pants
at the bottom edge.
 
Hat
 
Costume comes with a
pointy clown hat
that is wide enough to
fit over a wig.
Hat is lined and reinforced
with interfacing.
It has small white pompoms
sewn up the front and ties
