ANTIQUE 1893 Handle or STIRRUP

This has a PAT date of May 2, 93.  About 70% of the black paint is intact.  It measures 3 15/16" wide x 3 1/4" tall.  When the bottom is unscrewed there are 2 triangular weges and a a part with a V shape in it.
