Inspired from the comic pages of the X-Men in the Marvel Universe, we present the Magneto Maquette. Another Amazing figure from Sideshow's Marvel Universe of Iconic Premium Format Figures. Sideshow expertly captures Magneto, the Master of Magnetism, as he rises from the ground with his cape billowing behind him, and his right arm outstretched as he commands all metals within his reach.
This dynamic statue is created by the amazing artist, Pablo Viggiano, for Sideshow Collectibles.
As a young boy, Erik Magnus Lehnsherr(Magneto) survived the horror's of the Auschwitz concentration camp, and carries the scares and memories of mankind's capacity for cruelty. A mutant endowed with the power to control magnetism, he fears that history will repeat itself and humankind will subject mutants to a modern day holocaust. In his quest to prevent this, his extremist viewpoints and militaristic methods have branded him a zealot and an outlaw, fueling a life-long conflict with one of his dearest friends, Charles Xavier. Where Xavier and his X-Men seek peaceful coexistence between humans and mutants, Magneto and his "Brotherhood of Mutants" subscribe to a doctrine of mutant self reliance and separatism. Magneto's charisma and "the ends justifies the means" philosophy have gained him countless followers, who alongside him continue to threaten mankind and mutant alike that stand in the way of his dream!
The Magneto Maquette is hand cast in high quality, heavy weight polystone. His dimensions are 18"H X 6"W X 8"D overall and weighs approximately 14 lbs. boxed. Of course he's hand painted & finished to exacting standards which Sideshow is famous for.

All domestic orders will ship UPS Ground. The winning bidder agrees to pay 29.95 for shipping & handling(insurance included)to anywhere in the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii have additional shipping charges. For International shipping, please contact us for pricing information. Multiple auctions won may be combined at a reduced shipping charge. Some items due to their size and weight can not be combined.
For all US buyers, if your purchased items are damaged or lost during shipment, we will send all necessary documentation to file a claim with the specified carrier(UPS).
