Items must be posted back within 7 days of receiving.

Items must be returned in unused and resalable condition including the item's box. Do not put tape or labels directly onto the itembox.

The Shipping/handling fees are not refundable

For all returns the customer is responsible for paying a $20 restocking fee. The $20 restocking fee will not be issued if the item received by the customer is defective and the customer can show proof by sending a picture to the seller.

For exchanges we will waive the restocking fee, but the customer is still responsible for all shipping/handling costs back to us and then reshipping/handling fees for the return shipment to the customer.

Cancelled Orders: If you win a bid and change your mind, you can either exchange your winning bid for another of our available inventory items of equal or lesser value, or you can pay a $10 restocking fee.
