Keen, M.D.  Published in 1922 at a time when the Faith vs Evolution quarrel was especially septic, this middle-of-the-road view by a physician, Emeritus Professor of Surgery no less, is useful today as well.  Centerist views were not all that popular then, and yet Dr. Keen anticipated the general position of many of the more progressive Christian denominations today.  Hardcover in nice, clean condition.
