All returns are negotiated: If we error in our description and you bring it to our attention and we are agreed, simply return the item and we will refund your payment along with the return postage. If our description is correct, we will not make a refund.  Should the item be damaged in shipment, it must be covered by insurance-we do our very best to package in such a way as to prevent damage, and rarely do we have damage, however when it does happen you must be covered by insurance.
