If you are not agreeing with the shipping cost, please DO NOT BID.  I will not change the cost unless you buy more than one item. I will deduct $2.00 for each auction that you win. Some people are complaining about my shipping cost, that they are higher but almost all my auctions start from $.01 to $.99 so I think is the same if I start the items a high price but with a low shipping.

This is a job for me, is not a hobby… take this in consideration before to complain about how much I paid for the shipping and how much you paid for the item. The shipping includes time to pack the packages, cost of material, the trip to the Post Office and shipping and handling. I don’t steal!  I’m very clear in how much you will pay when you win some item.

Please: If you have any problems with your purchase, do not leave a negative feedback, and then send a message complaining of your purchase. I will not fix anything if you do it that way. First you have to send a message of what is happening and I will be ready to try to fix the problem. I love my feedbacks care but I also love to take care of my buyers satisfied with their purchases ≈_≈

Also, if you buy more than two items, ask for a combined invoice before paying please. For any reason, sometimes the discount that I offer does not appear correctly when you want to pay and then you will be receiving less discounts.  I CANNOT REFUND MONEY once you have paid, so please ask for invoice.

Because of the problems I have had on international packages (I have no way to check if the package has arrived at its destination), I will be sending outside of United States just by Priority Mail Services

* Payments is expected within 3 days after auction end. If you can't pay within these days, I would like that you make me know, I'm flexible and I can adapt to your circumstance, but I need to know please.

* I'll ship your package within 1-3 business days after receive your payment. All my auctions end around the 6:30 and I'm packing before of 9:00pm, so if you want that your package go out the morning next, please pay the same day before this hours. If not, I will send you package two days after if you pay at morning. I'm not sending packages on Saturday and Sunday.

*According to the Ebay updates, we can't offer any more insurance in your purchases, so if you be interested in get it, please let me know.

* I'm glad to offer discounts when you buy more of one item within one week, if you're still bidding after the 7 day period I will start a new combined invoice with a new 7 day period. The prior invoice will have to paid for and shipped separately. So don't forget to visit my other auctions, maybe there is something that you are interested in !

* All sales are final because all my items are inspected carefully in search of flaws, tears or spots, the description of them is as accurate as possible. For that, I don't accept returns unless the flaw of the item that will be returned has not been described.

* If you want return the item just because you change of mind, you will have to pay the shipping cost and I will deduct all the fees that I had to pay and I will refund the rest of the money.

* I sell new and used clothes, some of the used clothes come from my children, these one come of smoke and pets free home. The new clothes also come free of it but sometime could be exhibited during the mailing, although it is stored in my house could have a different smell. About the secondhand clothes and that do not always come from my children I inspect it before get them in search of smell of smoke, if they have then do not take them. Therefore you can be sure of that all my auctions come free of smoke.

* I am a buyer too and I hate when I buy something described in excellent or great condition and when I receive it, is not as was described. I do not want that you happen for the same, then I like to be honest with you trying to describe the best that I can, if I saw any stain, flaw or tear, you will be sure that I will describe it.
