The PHOENIX1 is an easy to use, wire free, color handheld monitoring system which can be used indoors or outdoors. The camera sends audio and video wirelessly to the handheld monitor, which has a 2.5-Inch color LCD screen for crystal clear viewing of your camera’s video without need for any wiring. The small but powerful camera features automatically activating night vision which helps you see clearly at night and in dark situations. The PHOENIX1’s Clear Signal Technology is an answer to many other monitoring systems that experience interference from other wireless signals. With the growing popularity of wireless devices brings interference issues and concerns over interception and privacy. This system transmits audio and video on a 900mHz frequency, creating a clear picture which will not interfere with any of the standardized 2.4gHz wireless networks, devices, and access points within your home or business. Both audio and video signals are able to pass through floors and walls within the 75 foot optimum range.

RETURN POLICY

  • If the unit is returned for reasons other than DOA, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. LCD monitors are considered DOA with 10 or more dead pixels.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We cannot accept returns of any product with missing or altered serial numbers, service tags or UPC codes or that have been misused or tampered with.
  • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to return the product. Email us to receive a RMA number and return instructions.
  • All returns must be pre-paid and insured for the full invoice value.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals, software and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
