The book is in very good condition.  The cover is clean and bright and shows minimal wear.  There are no marks, spills, or bent page corners in the book.  The binding is tight.  The dust jacket is in also in very good condition and shows very moderate wear, with some light creasing and a tiny tear or two, but no major damage.
