At the end of the auction, please make Paypal payments within 3 days.
For any Buy it Now purchases, immediate payment is always required.
Sales Tax applies ONLY to residents of North Carolina USA

Returns & refunds: If item is not as described, please return in original condition for refund of bid price, s/h is not refundable; buyer pays shipping to return item. Clothing: Measurements for adult clothes are given in the item description, refunds are not given if the article does not fit or for buyers remorse!

Whenever possible, I will combine shipment of multiple items won on the same day, please inquire prior to bidding.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS
Due to the actions of a few International Bidders, I will NO LONGER SHIP INTERNATIONAL
I will not make many exceptions, but if you feel strongly about bidding on any of my items, you MUST email me for s/h prior to bidding and gree to the cost before placing a bid. If you do not contact me prior to bidding, your bid will be cancelled. If I agree to accept your bid, please note the following:
I do not ship ANY international packages First Class, all international packages go PRIORITY MAIL only.
Paypal payments also required by international bidders!
Customs fees or charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Zero Feedback Bidders
If you are new to ebay and have NO feedback yet, You MUST make contact with me prior to bidding or bids will be cancelled. While I like to help out new ebayers, I have had several with  no feedback make bids and never pay.

New Insurance Policy
Ebay has removed the optoin for buyers to purchase insurance. I will insure all packages that are fragile (dishes, china), this is why you will see a higher amount for s/h on these items.  I will not insure items such as toys, clothing, etc.  If you want special packaging, insurance, or other special requests, please email me prior to bidding for an estimate of additional charges.

About Us

I enjoy selling online and always strive to please buyers, but there are some buyers who cannot be pleased no matter what.  I urge you to contact me and ask any questions before placing a bid.  I have a lot of satisfied and returning buyers who know I do whatever I can to make things right if something goes wrong. I have also had some buyers who not only won't pay, they then hit me with negative feedback just because they can. With the new feedback policy my hands are tied to do anything about it.  This is unfair to me and all other sellers trying to do the right things. I try to explain everything clearly in my terms, if you do not like my terms you are certainly free not to bid! So please ONLY bid if you plan to pay, and give me a chance to fix things if something goes wrong.
