7 days after the buyer receives it | Refunds and Returns
* Refunds on items that are damaged through shipping: only on items with shipping insurance.
* NO Refunds: on personal care items, Software, PC Games, or any other digital item that comes with a unique user code, registration code, access code, or any item that, once used, otherwise renders the product useless.
* If for any reason buyer is not satisfied with the item received, we will refund the price of the item only. And only upon return of the item.
* Buyer receives only a partial refund of purchase price on items with free shipping.
* Buyer is responsible for original shipping costs and return shipping costs with insurance.
* Item(s) must be returned in order to receive ANY refund.

* Item must be returned in the same condition as received. New items must be returned unopened and unused, still sealed, with all tags, identifying labels and packaging.
* Return shipping must be insured.
* For certain claims, buyers may need to retain packaging for USPS or FedEx investigators. |
