Up for your consideration I have a beautiful black pleated dress for young girl size 7.  The pull over dress is by Rare Editions with short caped sleeves. It has a round neckline decorated with bow. The dress is pleated from neckline to hem. The dress is simple but elegant great for the Holiday’s or any special occasion. It is new with tag attached $44.00. It measures 28” from shoulder to hem. Listed separately is a black velvet bolero jacket great accessory.
