You are looking at a Children's Parkway Booster seat made by Britax. The cover is the 'Tiffany' pattern, which I believe has been discontinued. This seat is in very good preowned condition with a few small flaws in the fabric(pictures below). This seat is recommended for children over 40 lbs. (max. weight is 100 lbs) whose height is between 38 and 60 inches.

This seat was bought in July of 2006 and was used by my daughter. It was kept in the car until 2008, when she no longer needed it. I park my car in the garage, so it was not out exposed to extreme heat or cold. The seat was not used on a daily basis.
This booster seat has never been in a wreck.
Instruction manual is still intact and attached to the seat(under the cover) as it was when we bought it.
Cover has been taken off, washed and put back on so seat is clean and ready for use. There are 2 places on the cover where I think the fabric got pinched somehow. You can see the damage in the pictures below. These are small, but I wanted to mention them. It does not look like they will tear or damage any further than what they are right now.
I can say I highly recommend this seat. Britax is known for it's great safety record. This seat comes around the head to protect from side impact crashes. There is a styrofoam lining under the 'wings' to help absorb shock from impact. The back and bottom of seat have foam under the cover for comfort. There are 2 cupholders on either side(they flip out). Headrest is adjustable, so the seat can grow with your child.

This is a great seat. Britax has a fantastic safety record. It was a very comfortable seat, and my daughter is sad to see it go. But we would like for someone else to be able to get some use out of such a pretty, comfortable, safe seat. :)
