Bidding on 17"X 11" Original Commission Character Art By Angel Gabriele Your choice of character on large sheet bristol paper. Brush, pen and ink illustration of character of your choice and a simple background(see image). In some cases, you may have to supply reference. Not a quick sketch, but a FINISHED DRAWING, in classic vintage style. Illustration will be suitible for framing, examples on listing are from previous drawings and not available, although the one you recieve will be of similar quality. If you want tons of detail, or multiple figures in action, it'll cost you a little more, as will color, please don't write and ask "How Much?" without sending me an idea of what you want, because I need to know what you're interested in before I can make you a quote. You will recieve a "Work In Progress" image of your art BEFORE it is completed, so you can know what to expect. There is other art also listed in our ebay store.

In my 30 Years in the biz, I've worked for Marvel, DC and several Independents, I've worked with Kelly Freas, Mark Texiera, Denys Cowan ( When you find Gabe or Angel hidden in a Cowan story between 1988-1995, It's on I worked on) My Indiana based studio co-designed the Milestone universe and did the bible art for others to follow. Although I started in 1971 learning basics from Kelly Freas in his Virgina Beach Studio, I went to work for Rich Bucker in NYC in 1974, doing some of his "Kirby " stuff, and many others, some work credited, some ghosted. My 1st credited work for DC was Kobra #4 in 1976, My last credited work for DC was Hardware #36. I inked the "Frank" comics over Denys Cowan for Nemisis, inked Static #17, Long Hot Summer #3, Drew the covers to DC's Impact line, The Web 6, 7, 8,. Also did some comics for bankrupt Boneyard ( Ed, Billy The Kid, The Space Giants)and you can see some of the covers, and more examples at the website via the Powerslam comics link on our website, just click on the ME icon next to our Ebay name, to learn more. PLEASE REMEMBER, some drawings take longer than others, but I'm retired from Pro Wrestling, so I spend my days doing drawings and will get to yourst as soon as posible, most commissions have less than our normal 21-28 day turn around, but it could take longer, depending on several factors, so please don't expect instant drawing to magically appear. I'll do my best but I wont rush, and if you check our feedback, you'll see that people who buy my art are HAPPY with their purchase, which makes me happy.
