Due to the high call and email volume, we are unable to answer some of these types of questions. We simply do not have the knowledge to accurately answer some of these ypes of questions

All items are sold as is where is unless noted otherwise above. Even if the auction states compatibility with certain models, PLEASE double check to make sure that the item will work with your application. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer. NO refunds will be given for compatibility issues (unless the item is doa and it was warranteed to work).
WARRANTY, RETURNS AND REFUNDS All requests for returns and refunds must be sent to ebay at tbfcomputing.com. Please allow a business day or two for us to reply. We will first attempt repair or offer a replacement item for items which were guaranteed against DOA. We reserve the right to decide whether we give a refund or replacement.
WHO ARE WE
We are a company involved in computer asset recovery. We buy and sell large quantities of computer equipment. For this reason, not all equipment can be tested for 100% functionality. Some items are tested for basic power up capability. Please look above to see whether the item includes a warranty or is sold as is. Please take a careful look at the pictures in the auction. If something is not in the picture it may not be included, unless it is specifically listed as included.
SHIPPING
Please use the ebay shipping calculator on the auction page to get a shipping quote. All items shipped within the Continental U.S. are shipped with Fedex Ground. We use USPS for international shipments only. Email us for a quantity shipping discount. We will pack your items to withstand shipping with 2-3" of foam or materials to pad it on all sides. U.S. shipments via Fedex include insurance. Items which are large and or weigh more than 100 pounds will ship on a pallet via a freight truck. Please do not ask if we will use USPS to ship to you domestically, we will only ship via Fedex or freight carrier to the Continental U.S.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International sales will be shipped with USPS. The buyers will be responsible for all taxes, duties, and or import charges. We will only quote you for shipping, not taxes, duties, or additional charges for import. International shipments do not include insurance. We are not liable for international shipping damage.
PICKUP & HOURS OF OPERATION
We accept pickups of items from our warehouse in Marietta, GA. We are open Monday - Friday 8 am to 4 pm. We allow pickups by appointment only. Call (770) 977-2925 extension 206 to arrange for pickup or send us an email through eBay. We are closed on weekends. We are not able to help you or respond to questions at night after 4 pm during the week or on weekends.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with all of our transactions. On the rare occasion that an item you pruchased from us has a problem or is not what you ordered/expeted, please contact us through ebay or call us at (770) 977-2925 extension 206. Please do not immediately open a case against us with ebay or paypal as you have 45 days from the date of purchase to do so. Let us help resolve the problem first. Please give us a thorough descriptiong of the problem you are having and any solutions you may have tried.
