31" SINGING BALLOON party BOB the BUILDER party CAN WE?

Hi. Thanks for checking out this brand new listing. This is for 1 REALLY fun and special new mylar balloon. This 31 " mylar balloon can be filled with helium but it is shipped un-inflated.  

This is a new SINGING BALLOON that has just been released . 

It plays the song CAN WE FIX IT ? by Paul Joyce.  Once the balloon has been inflated you will be able to press the button on the base of the balloon that plays the song and it should play about 100 times before its battery wears out.  The balloon needs to be inflated in order for the singing mechanism to function properly.

I  also have the 18" round balloons and matching printed latex both listed in my ebay store.

  Shipping on this will be only $2.50 If you are buying several items PLEASE be sure to wait to pay until you are done shopping. You can request a final combined invoice which will save you some money on shipping as long as you MAKE ONE PAYMENT for the entire order.

Please be aware that we ship all orders within 5 business days ( Monday to Friday ). We are USUALLY able to ship orders more quickly if you write IMMEDIATE SHIPPING NEEDED in the NOTES SECTION of your PAYPAL PAYMENT. It is VERY IMPORANT that the request be WITH THE PAYMENT. If you send a seperate email requesting immediate shipping we may or may not be able to match that up to the payment in time to ship the order quickly.

PLEASE do not presume that we are shipping your order immediately unless you request that we do. If you request immediate shipping and you are paying for first class mail please be aware that first class mail can take anywhere from 2 to 14 days. This is not a time-guaranteed service. Priority mail is delivered within 2-5 days. Express mail is 1 or 2 days. You need to decide which option is best for you. Please plan in advance to avoid having to pay for the higher shipping charges.

Regarding insurance- due to the recent rise in USPS insurance we are now using non-postal insurance. The price of this service will not be reflected on the label or the shipping confirmation. We use a bar-coded label with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION on every domestic package where at least $2.00 has been paid for shipping. This is not the same as TRACKING. It cannot tell us where the package is or when it will be delivered . It is only scanned ONCE when it is delivered. It is not scanned when we drop the packages off at the post office . If you look up the bar-code number at www.usps.com it will only tell you whether the package has been delivered. Any questions on this PLEASE let us know . Thank you.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: PLEASE plan to make payment by PAYPAL in US dollars. PLEASE plan ahead as much as possible, the recent postal rate increases mostly affects the expedited shipping options. The only TRACKABLE international mail is EXPRESS . If you require tracking you will have to request EXPRESS SHIPPING which begins at approximately $35.00 With first class or priority mail I will not be able to give you any info on your package once it has shipped. If you live somewhere with less-than-reliable mail service please consider express mail . First class and priority mail service are much less costly but if you opt for that YOU assume the risk of your package not being delivered. Any questions please ask.
