Most items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. USPS priority shipping requires 2-3 days in transit. USPS express shipping guarantees shipping in 2 days, but usually ships overnight. If insurance is not paid for we will not be held responsible for any items lost in the mail. All international shipping is sent via USPS priority mail which requires 6-10 days in transit. Express international requires 5 days in transit. We will not be responsible for any custom fees you might incur in receiving the item. Custom fees are a part of all overseas transactions, and differ in each country.
If the item is not as described in the auction you will be refunded 110% of the price of the auction and shipping. Returns for any other reason will be subject to a 15% restocking fee for all items under $500 and a 8% restocking fee for all items over $500. The customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund. Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receiving the item without any restocking fee. The item must be in good condition for a exchange or refund.
