Designer Label Gal’s (DLG) Policies
DLG has been selling online for over 6 years – these policies
come from all the trials and tribulations of experiences. DLG only wants
to provide the utmost top quality customer service available on the internet.
• New shipping incentives – the more you order, the lower the
shipping cost.

• Federal Express shipping is highly recommended – please

• USPS is not as reliable when used for Express Shipping –
Signature Waiver is often overlooked – if you are on a deadline – recommend

Payment
• DLG accepts PayPal as payment, credit card through PayPal
• If payment is not received within four days, an order will
be canceled and reported.
Shipping – DLG is unable to program listings to accommodate
shipping cost promotions – PLEASE WAIT TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER so we can
update/adjust your order so you don’t pay too much

Processing and Additional Information
• DLG is a single person operation (Sherri is the Designer) –
although DLG just hired a couple new helpers to assist with emails – Sherri is
still the ONLY one that designs and processes your order. She does her
very best to go as fast as she can – without error. Sherri prides herself on
providing QUALITY and PERFECT products
• Orders ship within 14 business days after receipt of
payment (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• All DLG’s items are custom made; therefore they do take a
bit longer than “pull off the shelf” type items.
• Proof process – DLG’s goal is to get multiple sheet order
proofs to you within 5 days. It depends on the volume of orders at that
time, and the complexity of your order.
• Orders are shipped to your address in your account that you
checked out with (not to your PayPal address) Please make sure Your Account is
up to date – if in doubt – email DLG with the address you need your order
shipped to.
• All the orders are packaged in top of the line rigid folders
in order to prevent damage during shipping transit.
• All USA orders are sent USPS First Class with delivery
confirmation within the United States.
• Shipping within the USA with USPS First Class is typically 2
to 7 business days from Southern California. In the event that USPS mismanages
the package - it can sometimes take 3 weeks to arrive.
• All International shipments using USPS First Class
International - There is no way to track international packages. International
shipments can take up to 6 weeks to arrive - mainly because of customs.
• DLG uses a few different methods to process postage –
STAMPS.COM, SHIPRUSH and seldom we are forced to use eBay/PayPals features.
All these methods provide access to
• An email will be sent, when your order is shipped, with your
shipping information. If you have not received this information, please
check your spam folder and/or contact DLG.
• Please contact DLG if you have not received your order in 30
days.
• Upgrading orders to Priority Mail, Express Mail, and FedEx
is possible. DLG prefers FedEx to USPS for expedited orders for a number of
personal reasons. It is up to you which provider you want to use.
• Contact DLG for these services so we can quote you our
special discounted rate, and revise the shipping price.
Refunds and Exchanges
• Packages do get lost in the mail, it's rare - 98% arrive
quickly and safely.
• Refunds are based on the 'Delivery Confirmation' status of
the package. Except on International Shipments due to USPS not providing true
tracking information, therefore, it is quite rare that the status of the package
changes.
• If the package is declared "Delivered" - the package has
been delivered. Please ask others in your home, neighbors, and postal carrier if
they have seen the package. No refund shall be given.
• If the package is declared "Arrived at Unit" - the package
has not been delivered. It is at your local post office. If "Arrived at Unit" is
more than 3 days, print out the delivery confirmation information and go to your
local office and ask for the package. They have to find it for you. No refund
shall be given.
• If the package reads as “In Transit”, the package is stuck.
After 15 business days (3 weeks) of shipment date, if the package has not
dislodged itself and arrived/changed status, it is safe to say the package was
lost. You will receive a refund for the order – or we will be more than happy to
reship another order to you FREE OF CHARGE.
• International Shipments can take up to 6 weeks to arrive -
mainly because of customs. If the package does not arrive to its destination, no
refund will be given.
• Exchanges and Causalities: If there is a problem with your
order please email/ DLG within 2 weeks. I aim to please, and customer
satisfaction is of utmost importance.
Additional Policies and FAQs
· Why is my
international shipping so high in cost?
o You live in a country that requires a mandatory
shipping insurance fee to ship your order. It is automatically added and is
covers up to $100 of the order - and valid for 90 days.
· My order is
missing something?
o Human error! Please quickly email DLG and it
will be quickly resolved.
· Can you send
my Order quickly! I need it for …?
o Typically yes! Rush Service is available for an
additional fee. Just email DLG the circumstances and expect a quick
response. It's very important that you get your order in time.
· DLG now
offers the opportunity to order gifts for your family, friends and colleagues.
We will include a note card with your order that it’s a gift.
o DLG can do one of the following:
§ Ship it to a different address (note, PayPal’s buyers
protection will not be valid for non-confirmed shipping addresses).
Includes gift card saying “A generous Gift From:”
§ Or DLG will send you the order, with the Generous Gift
Card for you to give to them.
