30 days after the buyer receives it | Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Any items with defects in manufacturing, workmanship issues or missing parts will be referred to the manufacturer for a solution. In the unlikely event that the manufacturer is unable to help out we will exchange any products or provide the needed materials for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We will also exchange any unopened / new kit(s) from your order for another kit of equal value for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If an item is returned due to no fault of ours then the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping. The buyer will also be responsible for shipping fees (both ways) associated with any exchange that's done due to no fault of our own. We do not accept back any opened / used kits. In order to initiate any type of return or exchange one must contact us for prior approval. |
