This is a beautiful TALAVERA HAND PAINTED VASE, CRUET, or VINEGAR AND OIL item. It is gorgeous in colors and texture. It feels like a hard past porcelain finish - very silky and smooth to the touch. It doesn't have a stopper but the hole on the top is a little larger than a quarter so I decided to list it as a vase, cruet, or vinegar and oil. At any rate, it is a top quality piece and it carries much beauty. It is in perfect condition - free of chips or cracks; however at the very bottom around the navy blue line is a couple of  small areas of paint loss that appear to be on the very bottom. Dark blues, yellows, and greens adorn this gorgeous piece. Marked on the bottom: TALAVERA  - - HAND PAINTED COLLECTION - -TABLETOPS UNLIMITED - - MADE IN CHINA. Very reminiscent of Italian and Mexican pieces.

9 1/4" tall and 4" in the middle and 1 1/4" at the top.
