SHIPPING:  

The shipping Calculator will normally be used. Flat S&H amount indicated in the auction applies to continental US address only. Items will shipped within a reasonable time, and will be packed to prevent damage. However, we are not responsable for the timeliness or performance of the USPS.

YOU MAY REQUEST INSURANCE ON ANY ITEM. INSURANCE IS ALWAYS OFFERED AS AN OPTION,

BUT IF NOT CHOSEN, THE BUYER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

SHIPPING INSURANCE CLAIM:

SHOULD AN INSURED ITEM REQUIRE AN INSURANCE CLAIM PLEASE KEEP THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: THE ORIGINAL BOX, ALL PACKING MATERIALS AND THE ITEM: INCLUDING ALL BROKEN PIECES.

All pay outs will come from the Insurance Claim not the seller. All reasonability for the proper processing of the insurance claim falls on the buyer. Should any component be missing that cause the claim not tobe process will result in no payout from the seller for the insured amount. So, please keep the original box, all packaging materials and the shipped item to present to the shipping company should a claim be nessary.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL:

We will ship anywhere, but shipping outside the continental US will be more expensive, and will take longer to arrive. The shipping calculator will be used on most items, but if an auction does not display the shipping costs please contact me. I have no information on what you will be charged inaddition to the shipping charge that you pay me. These charges may include brokerage fees, customs duty, administrative fees and taxes such as VAT or sales tax imposed by your country. Should these charges occur they are the responsibility of the buyer. It is your responsibility as a buyer to find what these charges will be before you bid.

SHIPPING DISCOUNT:

A shipping discount will be given to anyone who wins more that one auction. The discount will be given at the close of the auction when the invoice is sent.

SHIPPING CONFORMATION:

You will be sent a e-mail with shipping information. We ship two-three times a week. We take great care when packaging.

PAYMENT:

Winning bidders agrees to pay, in full, the amount of the winning bid plus S&H in U.S. funds. All customers MUST use PayPal, no exceptions. Items will be shipped to confirmed address only. Payment must be recieved within 8 days after the close of this auction.

NON-PAYING BIDDERS POLICY:

If you bid, you accept these Terms. Due to the high number of non-paying bidders please contact me first before bidding if your feedback number is less than 10. If payment is not recieved within 8 days of the close of the auction you have forfeited this auction and it will be offered to the next highest bidder. If you do not complete this transaction an "Unpaid Item Dispute" will be filed with eBay. Communication is the key, if you need extra time of will be out of town, please just e-mail us.

RETURNS:

Items are purchased in as-is condition. You may request insurance if desired - see "shipping". If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me prior to leaving feedback. I will do my best to resolve any issues you may have with your purchase. Returns are accepted, and refunds are granted, only if the item recieved is not as described in listing.

FEEDBACK:

I will leave feedback for you as soon as feedback is left for me. In this way, I can be assured that you are in reciept of your item and there are no problems. Should there be an issue, please e-mail me prior to leaving negative feedback and we will resolve it together.

IN CLOSING:

We reserve the right to void any and all auctions during their duration on eBay, and reserve the right to refuse sale to those with negative feedback, hidden identity, or less than 10 positive feedback etc. ALL bidders must have a valid e-mail address on file with e-Bay.
