• We do not offer local pickup as shoes are not on site but shipped from various locations around the country. Becuase of the arrangement with our third party shipper we cannot accommodate special requests for expedited shipping at this time. Also please note that since the shoes are not on site, we can not measure them for you.

• If you are unhappy with your purchase we will help to make it right. Please do not leave negative/neutral feedback or file a paypal/Ebay dispute!  We try our best, but being human, mistakes occasionally happen but we WILL fix these. Please contact us with any problem. All auction winners must complete eBay's checkout to submit payment. After winning the products, click the 'Pay Now' button at the top of the listing to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process.

If you do not select to Pay Now, we will send you an e-mail after the auction ends.

You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions. You have 7 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated under one invoice.

We ship to United States and United States territories only with valid American eBay accounts. There is a bidding restriction based upon where you registered your eBay account. Please do not email and ask us to exempt you from this restriction because you can ship to an address within the United States.

If you registered with eBay from another country you cannot bid on our items

Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours via UPS ground for the lower 48 states.  You must provide a street address on your payment; UPS does not ship to PO boxes.

Shipping charges: the shoes are shipped by a 3rd party shipping service. We charge the exact shipping charges that they charge us to ship the shoes. We don't make any profit on shipping.

Combined shipping: we will reduce shipping charges on multiple items won, the first item won is $12.99. Each additional item won is $5.00.  All items must be paid for at the same time, not separately! If you would like to take advantage of this please wait for all the auctions to end before paying.  If you are planning to bid on more items to combine them, then please ignore the invoice we send you for the first pair you won. This is done automatically and will be updated with each pair you win.

When you are finished bidding (up to 7 days from the first auction win) use the last combined invoice we send you for all of your auctions wins.  Do not pay for any auctions until you are finished.  Also, if you pay for one before another ends I will be unable to send you a combined invoice as eBay will not allow you to send an invoice for an item already paid for.

Please remember: Ebay will not allow us to combine invoices from multiple accounts.  If you win an auction from Salem Shoes and one from Salem Shoes Too, you can NOT combine invoice for the two products.  Eaby will not allow this.

As soon as you pay for an item it goes into the shippers hands, and thus is immediately shipped out. So if you pay for an auction won on Monday and then decide to bid and win another auction on Wednesday, you cannot combine the shipping.  

Bid with confidence! If not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for a refund of the total purchase price, less all shipping charges, within 7 days.

4.) Name and address of the person whose paypal account was used to pay for the item.

5.) A note with reason for return and/or a copy of any email correspondence between us regarding the return.

6.) Shoes are picked up from the return facility every Monday and returns are done within 24 hours of receipt.
