SHIPPING

We ship our shoes in their original boxes in poly mail bags.  All merchandise is carefully inspected before shipping. We do our best to ship as soon as possible, Monday through Friday.

All international orders ship out  with USPS Priority Mail International.  Customs, taxes and brokerage fees will be due upon delivery. The declared value will be at the bid price or $39.00 and sent as Gift. International buyers please be aware that we do not receive any money for customs fees; those fees go straight to your government and your brokerage agent. Please be aware that customs fees can be quite high, so check before bidding. We do our best to ship as soon as possible. 

RETURNS

For non-defective items we will refund the price of the item (not including shipping & handling) as long as the item is returned to us within 15 days after the order was shipped.  PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MUST RECEIVE THE SHOES IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOX  in the same new condition it was received in. 15 days means you need to return the item within 5 days of receiving it. Please try your items on carpet to see if they fit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We will not accept returns that are taped in their original boxes. Please email us at athleticshoesource@eBay.com for directions on returning your item.

IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE we will provide you with directions to return the items directly to Nike for a purchase voucher valued at the original suggested retail value of the item you received.

IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED OR LOST DURING SHIPPING, a full refund of the purchase price including shipping and handling will be issued upon receipt of insurance payment from, UPS or USPS.

 Refunds for Damaged items will only be available when insurance has been purchased (insurance & tracking for $69 is included in all regular shipping methods) additional insurance is

 available for most methods. Please note this process can take up to 8 weeks.
