All of these things cost us a little more but they add to the quality of the product.

We use only the best components available and custom build them to your order, in our shop in California. They do not arrive from China by the container load ready for export from Canada to the US. This means if you have a special need we can help you with it.

The RO membranes normally last from 1 year + for a 50 GPD and from 2 years + for a properly maintained 100 GPD. All of our filters and membranes are industry standard sizes. and FDA or NSF approved. The pre filters will require replacement on a regular biases depending on water use and input water quality. Most people find they last from 3 to 9 months. We recommend replacing the filters on no less than a 6 month basis for most customers. All our filters are standard sizes most good hardware stores carry them. We also have them on our web site.

We warranty all of our systems for 1 years against defects in parts and workman ship. We do not warranty the filters they will require replacement on a regular basis just like the oil in your car.
