Create a total party setting with our Winnie the Pooh Ceiling Decoration. This colorful birthday decoration features a plastic banner from which hang cutouts of Pooh with the number “1″. Cutouts are approximately 3 1/2 inches in diameter. Decorated in various shades of pink and purple, this decoration is perfect for a girl’s first birthday party. Our first birthday ceiling decoration is plastic and approximately 3 1/2 yards long x 12″ wide. Cutouts hang down approximately 8 1/2″

Shipping: Packages will be shipped via USPS first class mail. Delivery confrimation is included when shipped in the US. Items generally take between 2 and 9 business days to arrive. You will receive an e-mail from Paypal letting you know when your item is shipped out and providing you with the tracking information. (If you are a non US customer I will personally send you an e-mail when your package has been shipped out)

I ship items every day except Sundays and holidays. (International orders will not be shipped on Saturdays)

If you are bidding on one of my hand made items Please be understanding of the fact that take a few days to complete. Once payment has been made most of my orders take 2 business days to be completed and shipped out. (If payment is made on a Friday your item will be shipped out on Monday)
