Let's make this simple.  If you are not happy, we are not happy.  If any of our products don't meet or exceed your expectations within the first 30 days of receipt, please contact us and we will do everything that we can make it right.  If we can't make it right, we will give you a refund.  You trusted us enough to make a purchase. It is the least we can do.

You may return any product purchased for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping.  A copy of the original receipt is required on all returns.  If you have any questions regarding our return policy, please contact us.

• Winning buyer prepays with PayPal or with major credit card and gets item(s) shipped ASAP.
• U.S. Money Orders or Cashier's Checks are OK.
• Payment must be made within 72 hours of the auction close or item purchase (or other arrangements made, see next bullet).
• If you are going to pay with a Money Order or Cashier's Check, please complete the auction checkout so that we know that you are sending this form of payment.
• Sorry, we DO NOT accept Personal Checks.
• eCheck payments will delay order shipment until the eCheck clears.
• No foreign money orders or cashier's checks.
• BE ADVISED. We participate in the eBay Unpaid Item Policy Process. Do not make the purchase, if you are not going to pay for the item.

Fishwest is proud to offer free domestic shipping on (almost) everything we sell.  Items that do not qualify for free shipping are clearly noted in their description or on the listing page.  Our free method means that we use the most cost-effective shipping option available.  We use various services from UPS and US Postal Service.  So, if you are leaving for Alaska in a few days, please do not select free shipping.  Yes, our turn-around time will make your head spin and sometimes the carriers deliver ahead of schedule, but there are no delivery time guarantees with free shipping.  Don't put your dream trip to New Zealand at risk just to save a few bucks on shipping.  If you are planning your trip well in advance and have time to spare, our free shipping option cannot be beat.

• All shipping charges, if any, are detailed on the listing page.  Please use the shipping calculator located on this page.  If the shipping option or destination that is required is not explicitly stated, you must contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase. 
• Shipping charges are not negotiable.
• Free shipping on one listing, does not imply free shipping on a separate listing for the same item.  Each listing will detail its shipping charges.
• We will combine shipping or offer shipping discounts on multiple items, but this must be arranged in advance.  Once payment has been made, we will not refund shipping charges.  If you purchase multiple items, we will send you an invoice with the shipping charges combined.
• We reserve the right to choose shipping company and appropriate shipping method based on destination.  We also reserve the right to NOT ship to certain international destinations.

International orders must note the following:

• We will not falsify customs forms.  The customs form will report the exact value of the purchase price for the products.  In addition, we will not mark the package as a gift.
• The buyer is responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties and import fees that the destination country may charge.  We cannot control the taxes, VAT, duties and import fees that the destination country charges.
• If the buyer chooses to refuse the shipment to avoid the taxes, VAT, duty or customs charges and the shipment is returned to us, the buyer responsible for the return shipping charges or a 10% restocking fee, whichever is greater.
• INTERNATIONAL is anywhere outside of the United States.
