Please contact us @ 1-800-720-9689 or e-mail us at acecloseouts@hotmail.com for a return authorization number before returning any purchase. We will provide the return address at that time. All claims must be made within 5 days of reciept of your purchase. We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Any returns must be in the original packaging and in new condition. Customers will incur the expense of returning the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded for any item refused by the customer. Refunds will be issued for the price of the product only. Damaged, Defective Returns, or Wrong Item Received All damaged or defective claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your purchase. We will replace any damaged or defective items. If you are shipped the wrong item we will correct the problem at our cost. Items that carry a manufacturer warranty may not be returned or exchanged. These products should be handled per the warranty instructions. We will be happy to assist with this. We will not reimburse any return shipping charges. If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item we will replace it at no charge to you and issue a UPS Pre-Paid return label.
