PAYMENT:  We accept Paypal.  Payment is DUE at end of auction or at time of Buy It Now and must be received within 3 days.

GOOD COMMUNICATION is essential to a satisfactory transaction for both buyer and seller.  Please email us about any issue, including delayed payment.  When we don't hear from you, we assume the worst.

We will send you an email when we have shipped your item.  We ship every Monday, Wednesday & Friday (unless a holiday).  Please look for that email.  U.S. customers will also get an email from www.Stamps.com when we purchase postage online.  The subject line will state "Coral Hawley has sent you a package".  There is no field for including the item title in that email.  I wish there were.  There will be a tracking link to USPS.com information within that email.

YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS:  All developed countries have a standard address format for mail.  To help your post office deliver your package in a timely manner, please include your addess in that standard format (update your Paypal account if necessary).  If you are unsure how your address should appear, look at a bill from a utility company or credit card company or a magazine label...something official.  Or ask your local post office, or check your postal service online.

Shipping cost is based on weight of package, not quantity of items!

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE...YES WE WILL SHIP TO YOUR COUNTRY!:  Please click on "ask seller a question" and tell us where you are so we can send you a shipping quote.  DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A SHIPPING QUOTE or INVOICE.  We cannot ship item until correct shipping amount is paid. 

• Import duties, taxes and "customs" charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what (if any) additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

• Yes, we will combine shipping on items won within 4 days time.  Please email us to let us know you are bidding on more items, tell us which items you are bidding on, then pay for already won item(s).  We will adjust shipping on subsequent items you win.  Should you not win subsequent auctions, we will be ready to ship what you have won and paid for.

PACKAGING: 

1. All CDs will be shipped in a bubble mailer envelope (padded) unless Priority Shipping is selected.  CDs shipped in a bubble mailer will have additional protection if the CD sleeve is only cardboard or soft plastic. 
2. Items other than CDs are packed in whatever packaging is reasonable for that item.  If you have questions about how the item you are bidding on is going to be packaged, please ask us a question before you bid.
3. To request special packaging, such as a box or additional bubblewrap (bubblefoil), contact us via email before paying and describe how you would like the CD packaged.  Additional packaging may increase the weight of the package and the cost to you. 

RETURNS:  Returns MUST be pre-approved by seller BEFORE you send item back.  You must email seller, describe the problem, and wait for approval from seller before mailing item back.  Item must be returned in same condition as when sold.
